本服务提供基于中国传统术数（紫微斗数、子平八字与奇门遁甲）的人工智能生成分析，包括排盘、对话式分析、报告及相关功能。分析与报告由人工智能生成，仅供参考和娱乐用途，不构成事实陈述。
3. 账户
- 您必须年满 18 周岁才能创建账户。
- 您同意提供真实信息，并妥善保管登录凭证。
- 您对账户下的所有活动负责。
4. 免费积分与付费套餐
- 本服务采用积分制。新注册账户可获得注册赠送积分（赠送数量以注册页面提示为准，可能随时调整）。
- 每次 AI 对话或综合解读消耗积分，消耗标准以聊天界面当时提示为准（当前综合解读为每次 20 积分）。
- 可通过 PayPal 或 Gumroad 在网站定价区购买积分；当前价格以定价区与结算页显示为准。
- 我们可能调整价格、赠送或套餐，但不会影响您已完成的购买。
5. 支付
支付由第三方渠道处理（PayPal 与 Gumroad；Gumroad 支持信用卡/借记卡、Apple Pay 与 Google Pay）。除非另有说明，所有交易以美元计价。您需自行承担支付方式或所在地区产生的费用或税费。
6. 退款
退款适用我们的《退款政策》，该政策构成本条款的一部分。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the TriScope Service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides AI-generated analysis based on traditional Chinese metaphysics (Zi Wei Dou Shu, Ba Zi, and Qi Men Dun Jia), including chart generation, chat-based analysis, reports, and related features. Analysis and reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for reference and entertainment purposes only; they are not statements of fact.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free credits and paid plans
- The Service operates on a credit system. New accounts receive a welcome credit bonus (the amount is shown at registration and may be adjusted from time to time).
- Each AI conversation or comprehensive analysis consumes credits at the rate shown in the chat interface at the time of use (currently 20 credits per comprehensive analysis).
- Credits can be purchased through PayPal or Gumroad in the pricing section of the website. Current prices are always shown there and at checkout.
- We may change prices, bonuses, or plans prospectively; changes will not affect purchases already made.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal and Gumroad; Gumroad accepts credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay). All transactions are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your payment method or jurisdiction.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service; scrape or harvest content on a systematic basis; impersonate others; harass or defame any person; or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
8. Intellectual property
The website, theme, and Service content (excluding AI outputs provided to you) are owned by TriScope or its licensors. Open-source components used in the Service remain subject to their respective licenses. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Paid entitlements are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise, those laws prevail to the extent required. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
